The short version
- We collect what you give us (name, email, phone, business details) and basic information about your visit.
- We use it to reply to you, hold the call you booked, provide our services and, if you agree, send you emails and text messages.
- We do not sell your personal information. We never share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
Who we are
Klick Mind is the trading name of KlickMind, a sole proprietorship established in India (“Klick Mind”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We build follow-up systems, run advertising and create custom software for businesses, most of them in the United States.
For the personal information described in this policy, we decide how and why it is used. Under Indian law, that makes us the “Data Fiduciary”.

Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Business details: your company name, website, the software you use, and anything you write in a form, a booking page, an email or a message to us.
- Booking details: the date and time you choose and your answers to booking questions.
- Text-message consent: whether you agreed to receive text messages, when, and on which form.
- If you become a client: billing contact details and the information in our agreement and invoices. We do not collect payment card numbers on this website.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our website platform, our forms and the analytics and advertising tools listed under Who we share it with collect technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, the time of your visit, and the campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source). Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.
Information from other sources
If you respond to one of our ads on Meta or Google, we receive the details you submit through that platform. We may also receive your business contact details from someone who refers you to us, or from public business sources such as your own website or business listing.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, and to book, confirm, remind you about and hold calls.
- To provide and manage the services you hire us for, including invoicing.
- To send you emails about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To send you text messages, only if you agreed to receive them (see Text messages and our SMS Terms).
- To measure which pages and ads bring visitors, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site.
- To keep the site and our systems secure, and to prevent spam and fraud.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to protect our legal rights.
We use your information because you gave it to us for these purposes and agreed to this use, because we need it to provide a service you asked for, or because the law requires or allows it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us, under their own privacy and security terms, and only to provide their service to us:
- HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel), United States: our website, forms, booking calendar, customer records, email and text messaging.
- Google LLC, United States: business email, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads measurement and web fonts.
- Meta Platforms, Inc., United States: the Meta Pixel, used to measure and show our ads.
- Netlify, Inc., United States: hosting for images and files on this site.
- Mobile carriers and messaging providers that deliver our text messages.
- Payment and accounting providers that process client invoices.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, who must keep it confidential.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or transferred. The new owner must keep the protections in this policy.
Text-message opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing above. See Text messages.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the text-message box on one of our forms, or text us first, we use your mobile number to send the messages described in our SMS Terms: booking confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, service updates, and occasional marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as the providers that deliver our messages and customer support. All other categories of sharing exclude text-message originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar tools from Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel). Our forms and booking calendar, provided by GoHighLevel, use their own. These tools help us count visits, see which pages and ads work, and show our ads to people who have visited this site. The companies that provide them may collect information about your activity on this site and on other websites over time. Details and opt-out links are in our Cookie Policy.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so this site does not respond to it. You can still block cookies in your browser and use the opt-out links in our Cookie Policy.
Your rights if you live in the United States
Some US state privacy laws, including California’s, treat advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel as “sharing” personal information or as “targeted advertising”. We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of advertising cookies on this site, email us with the subject “Opt out”, block third-party cookies in your browser, or use the opt-out links in our Cookie Policy.
Whether or not a particular state law applies to us, if you live in the United States you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, why we use it and who we share it with;
- give you a copy of it;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop using it for targeted advertising.
We will not treat you differently for using these rights. You may ask someone to make a request for you; we may ask for proof that they are authorised to act on your behalf. If we decline your request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our decision. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.
California. California residents may ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing in the previous calendar year. We do not make such disclosures.
Your rights under Indian law
We handle personal information in line with India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force. Under these laws you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we process about you and how we process it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it;
- have a grievance about how we handle your data addressed by our Grievance Officer;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to do so.
If you are not satisfied with how we resolve a grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is accepting complaints.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] from the address we have on file, or tell us how we can confirm your identity. We will not ask for more information than we need to verify you. We acknowledge every request within 7 days and reply in full within 30 days. If a request is complex, we will explain why we need more time.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry and booking information: until you ask us to delete it, or three years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
- Client records, agreements and invoices: for as long as tax and accounting laws require, generally up to eight years.
- Records that you opted out of emails or text messages: for as long as needed to keep honouring your request.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to the people who need it, and use established providers with their own security programs. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
International transfers
Our team works from India, and our service providers store information mainly in the United States. Your information may therefore be stored or accessed in countries other than your own, including India and the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live. We use providers that protect information with security measures and contractual terms suited to the data.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Information we handle for our clients
When we work for a client, we may handle information about that client’s own customers, such as names, phone numbers and the messages they send. We do this only on the client’s instructions and under our agreement with that client. The client decides how that information is used, and the client’s own privacy policy applies to it. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business first; we will help them respond to you. We do not accept patient health records or payment card numbers as part of client work.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites and embeds tools from other companies. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell you by email or on this site before the change takes effect.
