What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, do the same job in other ways. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them. Some are needed for the site to work; others help us understand visits and measure our advertising.
Cookies we use
| Type | Provider | What it does | Examples and duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | GoHighLevel | Makes our contact form and booking calendar work, keeps them secure and prevents spam. | Set by the form and calendar; most last for your visit |
| Analytics | Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager | Counts visits and shows which pages people use, so we can improve the site. | _ga, _ga_*: up to 2 years |
| Advertising | Meta (Meta Pixel) | Measures our ads on Facebook and Instagram and lets us show ads to people who have visited this site. | _fbp, _fbc: up to 90 days |
| Advertising | Google Ads | Measures our Google ads and lets us show ads to people who have visited this site. | _gcl_au: up to 90 days |
Google Tag Manager itself does not store cookies; it loads the tools above. Our web fonts are served by Google and some page code by content delivery networks; these receive your IP address to deliver the files but do not set cookies.
Third-party cookies
The analytics and advertising cookies above are set by Google and Meta. These companies may use the information they collect for their own purposes, under their own privacy policies, and may combine it with information about your activity on other websites.
Your choices
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop our form or booking calendar from working.
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Google ads: manage ad personalisation in My Ad Center.
- Meta ads: manage your Meta ad preferences.
- Industry opt-outs: use the Digital Advertising Alliance or Network Advertising Initiative opt-out pages.
- Ask us: email [email protected] with the subject “Opt out”.
Where the law requires your consent before non-essential cookies are set, we will ask for it, and you can change your choice at any time.
Do Not Track
There is no common standard for responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals, so this site does not respond to them. The choices above still work.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the tools on the site change. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Questions: [email protected]. More about how we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy.
