Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Klick Mind is not responsible for any delays, failures, errors, or non-delivery of any text message, and neither Klick Mind nor any participating mobile carrier (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Cricket) shall be liable for any damages arising from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
